  i believe her, and she has been making work for the elders.

  Yup, had a marking talk done on me by the CoBE without any warning - as revenge for justifiably reporting him and his fellow wolves to the Branch. It's wonderful to get such self-condemnatory evidence that the congregation was & is ruled over by such latter-day Pharisees & intellectual pygmies!

  My Father passed away & i'm suicidal. I want to talk to somebody

  in summary, my dad passed away not to long ago, 8 months ago, on april while i was 12. i'm 13 and i've been grieving for 6 months now and im suicidal.

  i'm not doing this to get attention, but to talk to someone.

  my dad was a jehovah's witness and i want to talk to all of you.

  Qrystal, I'm so sorry for your loss and I know what your pain feels like. I too lost my dad when I was a teenager but I never had a close friend to confide in. Talk with someone who you know will be there for you, if you can. The pain will subside, and you will be credit to your dad as you deal with your grief. Many here will offer advice kindly to you if you have any questions. I wish you well.

  meanwhile in the netherlands:minister dekker: jehovah's witnesses must review abuse policyin order to protect children better against abuse, the jehovah's witnesses must look back on catholics, according to minister dekker.

  but abuse victims think that this approach will not work.. minister sander dekker for legal protection wants the jehovah's witnesses to conduct an independent investigation of sexual abuse within the community, just like the catholic church.

  this is stated in a letter he sent this week to the parliamentary committee for justice and security.

  Is this Dutch government minister really so out of touch with what's going with the WTBTS in courts around the world - especially in Australia?

  He should do some Googling and see the GB's declaration about not abandoning the two-witness rule, before speaking publicly about what he'd like the cult to do about JW child-abusers. Then he might consider getting his government to do something meaningful.

  Thank you WiFibandit - immediately passing this on to my shun-fulll JW sibling. I hope this hits a raw nerve in them. They can ignore me, but they can't in good conscience ignore the fact that the visible presence of their cult/religion/business is rapidly shrivelling around the world and has headed for the hills - in a compound in Warwick N.Y. Excellent start to Saturday.

  a little advice please.. it's now 7 months since i stopped going to meetings.

  we still get regular calls by elders - at least every 2 weeks.

  i can handle them.

Reply and thank her for her loving concern, but simply tell her that you are dealing with private & personal issues which you pray about. I'm sure she'll accept your reluctance to provide specific details. If she doesn't - start to hear alarm bells!

  Discuss absolutely nothing about the org with any active J.W.'s, as their "loyalty" to the demonic cult will culminate in your suffering. Best wishes for you.

  in an all cash transaction, disney has purchased every share in the watch tower bible and tract society of pennsylvania, inc.. their most recent in a slew of acquisitions including pixar, the muppets, marvel, lucasfilm and most recently 20th century fox, disney plans to "leverage their preexisting infrastructure and fan-base" for future content.. removing robert ciranko, who took over for don alden adams in 2014, disney is installing as president john lasseter, who already helms both disney and pixar's animation studios.

  recently disgraced and on leave for allegations of inappropriate sexual conduct, disney said he was "just perfect" for the job.. plans include making yearly theatrical films with post-credits scenes as part of a crossover shared universe with preexisting watchtower film characters like caleb and sophia, the prodigal son, the roman family and the bad worldy boy from school (with nicholas king reprising and expanding his role), as well as an educational disney jr. show, "little chuck", aimed at toddler's, hosted by a young version of ct russell sporting a pretend beard..
